Congresswoman Barbara Lee, along with Assembly Member Sandre Swanson, Alameda County Supervisor Keith Carson, other local elected officials will be hosting a free Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Garden Center, Lakeside Park/Lake Merritt in Oakland. It's a "free, family friendly event!"
Attendees are asked to bring either non-perishable food, or non-violent toys, or books for children.
The Black Hour will be there.
